Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays).
Please allow up to 2 business days from order confirmation for your package to leave our warehouse. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Timeframes
Once shipped, typical delivery times are:

(These are estimates once the package leaves our facility. Carrier delays may occasionally apply.)
Shipping Address & Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping and billing addresses are correct at checkout—any errors may cause processing delays of 1-2 additional business days. Once the carrier marks the package delivered to the supplied address, our responsibility ends.
International Orders
If you are ordering from outside the U.S., you are responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes that may apply in your country. These are collected by your local carrier or customs office and are outside our control and cannot be refunded.
PO Boxes & Signature Deliveries
While we ship to most addresses, some carriers may require a signature or restrict delivery to PO Boxes. If the carrier deems the location unsafe, they may hold your package at a local office for pick-up or schedule a second delivery.
